I’ve been a part of innovative brand-building campaigns in virtually every segment of the entertainment industry including motion pictures, network, syndicated and cable television, home entertainment, touring live entertainment, publishing, consumer products licensing and digital content.

N.Squared Marketing was my agency that had a fantastic roster of clients including Paramount Pictures and Home Entertainment, Showtime Networks, Twentieth Century Fox, Viacom Consumer Products, Melanie Paykos Design, WMS Gaming, Artisan Entertainment, Family Home Entertainment, USAopoly Ogilvy & Mather, and Halloween icon Elvira.

In my corporate life I spent nine years in a variety of executive positions at Viacom Consumer Products, the licensing division of Paramount Pictures. I’ve developed and implemented consumer and retail licensing strategies for all of Paramount’s television and motion picture properties including the studio’s flagship brand, STAR TREK as well as MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, FORREST GUMP, THE ADDAMS FAMILY, CLUELESS, BRAVEHEART, CHEERS, FRASIER and THE BUSY BUSY WORLD OF RICHARD SCARRY.

Before Paramount merged with Viacom, I developed new business opportunities for characters and brand names owned by all subsidiaries of Paramount Communications, Inc. including sister publishing giant Simon & Schuster.

Prior to Viacom, I’ve also handled product placement and national promotions for MGM-United Artists, including the tie-in campaigns for two chapters of the evergreen James Bond 007 franchise.

I started my career as a regional marketing director and promoter for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Walt Disney’s World On Ice and the Harlem Globetrotters — having promoted these timeless family attractions in over 50 US cities.

In addition to MTG, I am a longtime volunteer with foodforward.org and The Huntington Gardens.
