An LA Native, Kim has starred on stages throughout the US on Broadway, National Tours, Regional Theatres and in Concert.

Kim starred on Broadway as “Belle” in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast and National Tour, playing over 1000 performances in the role. Other Broadway: Original Broadway Casts of Sunset Blvd (With Glenn Close and Betty Buckley), Marie Christine (With Audra McDonald), and Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (As an Enchanted Broom!)

Her portrayal of “Nellie Collins” in the National Tour of Floyd Collins and La Mirada Theatre’s production earned her Ovation, Barrymore and Jeff Nominations for Best Actress. Other Favorite Regional Roles include: Mamma Mia (Donna), The King and I (Anna), The Sound of Music (Maria), Freaky Friday (Katherine), Chess (Florence), My Fair Lady (Eliza), Showboat (Magnolia), Big Fish (Sandra), Into the Woods (Cinderella), Follies (Phyllis), The Last Five Years (Cathy), The Spitfire Grill (Shelby), 7 Brides…(Milly) at various Theatres around the country (MTWichita, 5th Ave Theatre, Alliance Theatre, Casa Manana, TUTS, Laguna Playhouse, 5 Star Theatricals, Sacramento Music Circus, Pittsburgh CLO, Musical Theatre West, McCoy/Rigby Prod, and more). She also created the role of “Missy” in the acclaimed Premiere of The Marvelous Wonderettes in Los Angeles.

Kim Huber is a Private Vocal Teacher and Coach specializing in Musical Theatre and also for singing for theatrical projects on film. Her clients range from beginning singers to professionals. Her school-age students have gone on to win scholarships for YoungArts, and Spotlight Awards at the Music Center. Her Professional students include Emmy, Golden Globe, and Tony Award Nominees.

Kim can be heard as the Singing Voice of “Princess Aurora” (Sleeping Beauty) on Disney Records and is proud mom to Paige and Adam.

She loves having been a part of MTG since 2001, making her Directorial Debut with MTG’s Brigadoon, serving on the BOD and on the EC for several years, and being married to fellow MTG member, Roger Befeler.
