The Ludus website includes a Box Office View that can be used for day-of ticket sales.
To log into Ludus. visit:

If you are an administrator, you will have a username and password to access the admin tools.
Box Office View (our day-of point-of-sale tool)
The Box Office View offers a quick checkout process and allows you to complete credit, cash, and comp sales (similar to the New Order sales process). This can be helpful with in-person sales as the sale can be completed all on one screen.
You can access the Box Office View through your Ludus admin panel (determine your event time → Options dropdown → Box Office View), or by selecting the Box Office View button at the top of the page:
Once in the box office, you will see all the ticket price options, including prices that are only available to admins and members. You will be able to select the appropriate ticket price and choose the seat(s) for the sale. Enter the patron info (at least their email address or cell nummber) so they can receive their digital ticket.
