This video shows how you can manage donations given through our MTG website. It will show how to see details of each donation made and information about the donor, donor profiles, and add notes if needed. Managers can also add pending donations & once the donation is received, managers can update the donation as complete. Managers will see how to resend Letter receipts to donors when requested as well as download the receipt onto a manager’s computer. Managers are also shown how to add a donation for a donor and make it a one-time payment or recurring (subscription) and add a donor to the MTG E-Newsletter. Also, managers are shown how to help a donor with their donations on our end, i.e. donor wants to end their subscription.
