This video explains the additional tools you as a Manager/Admin have to view and manage member dues. At minute 8:24 the video explains how to Cancel or Expire a membership and the difference between these statuses when it comes to their profile being displayed on the public Membership Page and access to MTG auditions, or a member loses full access to their MTG Membership. You are shown the dashboard for report overviews, etc. At minute 15:00 will be shown how to handle refunds and credits. The membership dashboard will also give an option to make notes regarding each member’s dues, i.e. special payment plan to catch up.
