Broadway: co-starred as Frank Schultz in the 1983 revival of Showboat (opposite Donald O’Connor -Golden Apple Award), co-starred in the 1st national company of Crazy for You as Bela Zangler. Other national companies include Luther Billis (a DramaLogue Award as Outstanding performer) in South Pacific (opposite Robert Goulet), Feldman the Magnificent in the First National Company of Stephen Schwartz’s The Magic Show. Regionally, Paul played Hysterium in the 1973 revival of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum opposite Zero Mostel, Kolenkhov in You Can’t Take It With You (South Coast Rep), Cassius, Bottom (Northshore Shakespeare Festival), Uncle Jimmy (Musical Theatre Guild) and his favorite, Elwood Dowd in Harvey (Interact).
