Kim HuberKim starred on Broadway as “Belle” in Disney’s BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, a role she also originated on the National Tour. Also on Broadway, she performed the role of “Betty Schaeffer” in the Original Company of SUNSET BOULEVARD with Glenn Close, and originated the role of “Grace Parker” in MARIE CHRISTINE at Lincoln Center (starring Audra McDonald). Her Portrayal of “Nellie Collins” in the FLOYD COLLINS National Tour earned her nominations for both the Jeff Award (Chicago) and Barrymore Award (Philadelphia) for Best Supporting Actress. Other Credits include “Marguerite” in the California Regional Premieres of THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL (Performance Riverside and Music Theatre West), “Florence” in CHESS (Alliance Theatre), Martha Jefferson in 1776 (5th Avenue Theatre), “Meg” in BRIGADOON (Ovation Nomination- Best Musical), “Jennifer” in PAINT YOUR WAGON, “Cinderella” in INTO THE WOODS, and originated the role of “Connie” in GOOD NEWS! for its World Premiere and Cast Album. (All at Music Theatre of Wichita). She is married to fellow MTG member, Roger Befeler, with whom she shares her greatest production to date, their daughter, Paige.
