kelly lester Kelly Lester has been a guest soloist with the Bangor Symphony Orchestra, The Knoxville Symphony, and The Pacific Symphony. Recently seen as Fräulein Schneider in CABARET at La Mirada Theatre. Kelly garnered Stage Scene LA and LA Stage Alliance Ovation Awards for her portrayal of Peter Allen’s mother Marion in the long-running, hit production of The Boy From Oz at Celebration Theatre. She sang the female lead in the world premier of the one-act opera, The Open Heart. Other LA theatre credits include Ionescopade at The Odyssey, “The Adult Woman” in Spring Awakening, Mrs. Zero in Adding Machine – A Musical (Stage Scene LA winner) as well as The Golden Apple and Hallelujah, Baby! with Musical Theatre Guild. TELEVISION: Role of “Opera Singer” in Good Game for YouTube Red. Also: Angie Tribeca (TBS), The Haunted Hathaways (NICK), Criminal Minds, The Young and the Restless.
