Kelly Lester

Kelly Lester Kelly Lester has been a guest soloist with the Bangor Symphony Orchestra, The Knoxville Symphony, and The Pacific Symphony. Recently seen as Fräulein Schneider in CABARET at La Mirada Theatre, Hannah in THE SPITFIRE GRILL at Penobscot Theatre Company, and Princess Puffer in THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD at Connecticut Repertory Theatre. Kelly garnered Stage Scene LA and LA Stage Alliance Ovation Awards for her portrayal of Peter Allen’s mother Marion in the long-running, hit production of THE BOY FROM OZ at Celebration Theatre. She sang the female lead in the world premier of the one-act opera, The Open Heart. Other LA theatre credits include “The Adult Woman” in Spring Awakening and Mrs. Zero in Adding Machine – A Musical (Stage Scene LA winner). TELEVISION: Law and Order: SVU (guest star), “Opera Singer” in Good Game for YouTube Red. Also: Angie Tribeca (TBS), The Haunted Hathaways (NICK), Criminal Minds, The Young and the Restless. FILM: Becoming Bond (HULU), Mr. Church (with Eddie Murphy), J. Edgar (directed by Clint Eastwood), The Bad Twin (LMN). Kelly currently lives in New York City.
